Day 10- Prep Master Shower
Day 10… Prep Master Shower I’m not going to fib, this series of the remodel fell over a few weeks since there were multiple concurrent projects going on. Master shower stall is completely stripped, ready for upgrades. The first order of business was upgrading the plumbing hardware to offer us a dual output system, consisting… Continue reading Day 10- Prep Master Shower
Day 7- Remove Jacuzzi Tub
The original master bath utilized a drop in jacuzzi tub with a tile backsplash built on top for a shower enclosure. The modem was sitting in the open on the fireplace; and this was unacceptable. So, what was our solution?
Day 2- Let The Problems Begin- Eric
Home inspections confirm some of the obvious things and root out others. We knew there were a few issues, and ended up doing a second inspection to pull carpet back to see the extent of our potential problems.
Day 1- Demolition Begins- Eric
Where rubber meets the road, we begin to remove everything! This process started before our 40 yard bin arrived, so detritus began piling in the front yard for a few days.
Day 0- How Did We Get Here? – Eric
“Why did you sell your a dream home?” is a question we are asked regularly, and I’ll try to keep this part brief.
