Day 83- Toilets Re-installed

It may not seem like a big deal, until you are stuck using a porta john in 110+F weather. We repurposed both commodes, as they were nice Toto units. New soft close seats, valves, flaps, and handles with new finishes were installed prior to remounting.

Day 81- Interior Doors

Another delivery… Our interior doors showed up in excellent shape. The shop we sourced our baseboards from recommended a finish carpenter, who had a crew install baseboards in all rooms and closets, hung four doors, and door casings in one afternoon for a price that was too good to beat. Day 78- Hall Bath Tile

Scratch coat is complete! Our tub was lined with multiple layers of heavy cardboard, then plastic. We opted for a large format subway tile, but would we overlap in thirds?
